Session flow

1. Assessment

Every session begins with a comprehensive assessment because it's the foundation of everything that follows. Through a combination of health history, movement analysis, posture, alignment, range of motion, and orthopedic assessments when appropriate, we gather valuable information about how your body is functioning as a whole. This process helps rule out more significant injuries, identify compensation patterns, and uncover the underlying factors that may be contributing to your pain or dysfunction—allowing each session to be tailored specifically to your body's needs.

2. Manual Therapy

Once we've identified the areas contributing to your symptoms, treatment begins using a combination of Swedish Massage and advanced Neuromuscular Therapy techniques. Rather than simply working where it hurts, the goal is to address the deeper layers of tension, compensation, and movement restrictions that may be influencing how your body functions. By improving tissue quality, mobility, and nervous system regulation, we create the opportunity for your body to move with greater ease, efficiency, and less discomfort.

3. Corrective Exercise

Manual therapy creates change—but corrective exercise helps that change last. Once pain has been reduced and mobility has improved, we'll reinforce those improvements through individualized corrective exercises designed to build strength, stability, coordination, and body awareness. This final step is essential for helping your body adopt healthier movement patterns, reduce recurring compensation, and create the foundation for long-term resilience rather than temporary relief.
